The Alien Wrangler: its after online. Offline saves great. Only when im in other peoples games. I got the achievement for all flying presents. But two are blacked. Now they dont show up. The hats go back to being locked also. Only does this when i join another game.

Same here, losing all my progress. But will try the hop online and quit method. Beside's the progress bug..... I LOVE THIS GAME! hope there are thoughts of another game. Unique gameplay. No game like this :) Keep up the good work guys! Greetings from Amsterdam

Everytime I unlock random mode, or permanent elevator, or a new character, or a hat or beat the game, once I quit and reload the game all the unlocks are gone... even if i save. Seams my friends and many reviews on the xbox one people having the same issue. I love the game, perfect reboot of the Sega genesis game. One of my favs. But I can't play until this is fixed, I keep waisting time beating the game just to lose all my unlocks.. ): So once it gets fixed I will play again... and I hope soon! I'm joansin for more! Do wish it was a little longer tho... beat the game super quick everytime.. maybe hook us up with some bonus levels? Lol that would be great. Long time tj&earl fan here, thanks for brining back my childhood. God bless, keep it funky baby!

Hey, to the people experiencing this - are you guys signed in on Xbox? If so at what point did you sign in? Before or during launching the game? Also can you describe the series of steps that you did when you saw this bug including signing in? Does this bug happen sometimes or always for you?

Nap: Signed into Xbox as my GT. Start the game. Beat the game. Unlock new character and Random World. Start a new game. Play online. and randoms leave. I quit game and restart. Characters where random people hopped into my world are grayed out. Random world is now gone. Can't start my current game, all characters are grayed out, and Peabo is completely hidden.

DAKing240: When you say "quit game and restart" are you powering down the console? Or just quitting to the main menu of the game?

Nap: I'm always logged in before starting the game thanks to my controller auto signing in

Workaround: Join a running online game and leave by choosing Quit in the pause menu. This should reload your save and the unlocks are back

TimeWalker: Weird. I just tried this and it worked. No idea why but yeah, my last game's unlocks are there. Not all my unlocks as my first run's are missing but it's an improvement.

Nap: Yes, I can recreate this 100% every time. Restarting the game, joining an online game and then leaving always reloads my save.
Mark Lawson: Yup, if you don't do that and instead start a normal game and save, your "unloaded" save gets replaced which is probably what happened to your first run.
My theory is that the game does save perfectly fine while playing. But at game boot it doesn't successfully load the save so instead it "loads" an empty save. Going in an online game and leaving doesn't save the game and instead loads the game thanks to the game soft reseting (loading screen).
