Long load times and game crashing saying "error has occurred" when going from level 17 to level 1 to get to level 0

I'm having the same issue (error has occured) when trying to get back to level 1 to get to 0 but I'm only at level 7 on the switch. It always happens after I fall from level 2. Any fixes?

Antonio B: We have begun the testing process on Switch and looking into this issue right now. Still working on it, but will be fixed with the next update releasing soon

the switch port is very buggy crashes a lot using the elevator. but now it has a perm bug. if you try to go back down levels game always crashes when you fall back down to lvl 49.

Hey Michael. Thanks for your report. We are in the process of investigating this right now and will hopefully have a patch with a fix soon!

the game crashes at random if you fall off the level or use the elevator too completely at random.

Nap: this seems to happen in any mode. it did it a few times while i was trying to unlock endless

Christopher Cook: Falling shouldn't be causing any issues in any other mode other than Endless. We are aware of the Elevator crash that happens rarely though.

Nap: yeah i meant the elevator falling in endless sometimes crashes.

i can go up i just can't go down below 50. if i fall down to 49 the game instant crashes every single time. i'm using geekjam

Thanks for posting here. We can try looking into it. What is the highest level you got to before you started falling down?
