Came across these in endless mode. Both are elevator soft locks. One happens If you fall down a few levels and use an amped express elevator. The other happened to me after pausing while in the elevator on a new floor. A couple minutes later I unpaused and was unable to get out. This also happened in the elevator after the controller turned off and was turned back on. I also noticed that the quick chat menu is glitched.
