Playing patch 1.4.1 on PC: Whilst loading into a game, I saw a loading screen tip that all backer islands have a pair of Icarus Wings waiting for me. This will need updating now.

Icarus Wings are still on Backer Islands, just not all the time. We can remove this tip though
