[Xbox] Unlockables are not unlocking

In game I grab 2-3 flying presents a run and they do not show up in unlockables after the playthrough or after I save and quit. I have about 5 presents that should show as unlocked that are not showing. they are available in game but the main menu option under collectibles still shows they locked

Still problems like this on ps4....im missing 2 flying presents and they dont spawn anymore...my game must think i have them...now trophy is broke ...developers dont care as they havent responded since they said they were looking into it

Matt Hocking: We definitely care, and a fix is being worked on. We are currently gearing up to launch the physical editions of the game and that is taking up a lot of our time right now. Sorry for the inconvenience
