Hey Morgan! Sorry for the total bummer but this save file might be bugged. There isn't really anything we can do to fix that save from our end at the moment, we can look into preventing it in the future but unless something weird happened that run that we can identify as an issue it may just be a one off thing. You may have to start a new save, and hopefully the issue won't occur again. Just to be clear, it won't progress passed the Rapmaster Rocket screen no matter how long you wait?

Some quick things to try:

Jumping down to Level 24 and going back up to Level 25.

Jumping all the way down to Level 1 and going to the secret Level 0 on the bottom of the map by jumping in the hole. Jump off of Level 0 and that should put you back on Level 25.
